CP-01 water-soluble polyurethane plugging agent
Champion cp-01 water-soluble polyurethane plugging agent is a polymer chemical grouting plugging material produced by polymerization reaction of polyisocyanate and polyalkyl polyether. It is used to repair leakage of concrete cracks in buildings. It is suitable for crack leakage prevention and reinforcement of underground projects such as subways, tunnels, culvert boxes, dams, seaports, garages, and civil air defenses.
Product Features
· Hydrophilic, chemical reaction immediately after contact with water, dispersion, emulsification, foaming and expansion. The gel consolidates into a highly elastic substance, blocks cracks, and permanently stops water.
· The gel time can be controlled. The consolidation time can be controlled from a few seconds to a few minutes according to the water temperature and the amount of water. A small amount of catalyst can be added on site if needed.
· Large water-retaining property. Good toughness, no shrinkage, strong adhesion to the base, and strong adaptability to water quality, seawater can also be solidified.
· Single liquid grouting, low viscosity, good pourability, simple construction and easy cleaning.
Safety protective equipment such as goggles and gloves must be worn during construction.
Storage, transportation and packaging
· During transportation, the product should be strictly protected from rain and sun, avoid collision and falling during transportation, and replace the new barrel in time when the original packaging is damaged.
· The product should be sealed and stored in a dry and ventilated place indoors, away from open flames, isolated from heat radiation, and the original packaging should be placed in a shelf life of 6 months.
· Specially made iron drum, weighing 10 kg / drum, 20 kg / drum.
